The Opportunity:

We're seeking a passionate Technical Project Manager (TPM) to join our growing team and spearhead exciting projects that incorporate cutting-edge technologies like AI and machine learning. You'll play a pivotal role in structuring and organizing financial data, ultimately making tax prep smoother and more reliable for our users as we expand our software beyond taxes alone. We're building a suite of financial tools to empower users to take charge of their overall financial health.

You'll be a great fit if you:

• Have a proven track record as a Technical Project Manager and have managed the full software development lifecycle, from design collaboration and API integration to developer coordination and timely product launches.
• Enjoy solving puzzles and have a keen eye for detail, ensuring tasks for the development team are clearly defined and outlined with concise instructions for successful execution.
• Pride yourself on proactively identifying and suggesting improvements to processes, products and workflows.
• Are enthusiastic about working closely with developers, designers, and product owners and possess an easy communication style and ability to juggle a variety of differing personalities with diverse backgrounds.
• Possess strong Jira management skills and experience collaborating with agile teams.
• Thrive when given the opportunity to showcase your diverse array of soft skills as you lead sprint meetings and communicate technical solutions in ways that are digestible by the C Suite, but relevant for the tech team.
• Prioritize tasks efficiently to meet project timelines and deadlines without sacrificing quality.
• Are a self-starter with the ability to take initiative and drive projects forward with minimal supervision.
• Produce clear, concise documentation that empowers the team to build amazing things.
• Are familiar with project management tools like Miro, Figma & Notion among others along with an aptitude to quickly learn new tools if they can help facilitate efficiency.

• Are passionate about delivering high-quality SaaS products and approaches challenges with a positive and enthusiastic attitude.
• Have experience with coding (not a requirement, but a bonus), as it enables a deeper understanding of complex technical requirements and facilitates clearer communication with developers.
