The Opportunity:

We're seeking a passionate Technical Project Manager (TPM) to join our growing team and spearhead exciting projects that incorporate cutting-edge technologies like AI and machine learning.  You'll play a pivotal role in structuring and organizing financial data, ultimately making tax prep smoother and more reliable for our users as we expand our software beyond taxes alone.   We're building a suite of financial tools to empower users to take charge of their overall financial health.

• Have a proven track record as a Technical Project Manager.
• Possess strong Jira management skills and experience collaborating with agile teams.
• Enjoy working closely with developers, designers, and product owners and possess an easy communication  style and ability to juggle a variety of differing personalities.
• Thrive on the creation and management of clean and concise documentation to facilitate efficient inter departmental communication and a streamlined development process.
• Are familiar with project management tools like Miro, Figma, and Notion among others along with an aptitude to quickly learn new tools if they can help facilitate efficiency.
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment and possess excellent problem-solving skills.
• Have a knack for building rapport and working effectively with people from diverse backgrounds.
• Approach challenges with a positive and enthusiastic attitude.
